How to budget for the Elephanata tour?

This is for a backpacker style tour of the elephanta (on your own).
There are agencies in Mumbai who conducts packaged private tours. Everything (meet & greet, pickup, drop, guide fee etc). They charge anything from ₹5000 to ₹ 7500 (USD60 to USD90)
